But of course I spent all day Saturday at robotics, and also Monday: when other people enjoyed their three-day weekend, I had a one-day weekend......declared Monday night after getting home from an 8-hour robotics day, "Time for a weekend!"
Came home and had to deal with hay for the goats, this involved a lot of hay getting down my back. One of the goats had got out in the day while we were away, and mum and neighbor heroically dealt with the crisis.
Rehearsal today: I am frantically trying to balance robotics with theatre. I desperately want to be in the play, but the rehearsal dates are lining up poorly with the final few weeks of robotics.... :(
Then we have a baby chick out in the henhouse, I was lax about egg-collection and the hens got broody. We will shortly be overflowing with baby chickens and I'll be trying to palm them off on people.

Well well! Einar wants biddies, who'da thought? :P I'd give you a biddie if we weren't on opposite sides of the continent more or less.....air-fares are high for birdies XD
Olive Tree-I've got all bantams, a few Silkies, Ameracaunas, Black Rosecombs, a Dark Brahma, coupla Sebrights, and some mixes :) Fun mixes....
wish I could have seen you danced, especially to the Israeli one.. as it is, my community is BIG on Israeli dances =P
baby chicks... cute. my friend used to have one (got it from an uncle or something) but it unfortunately died =( have you given them away yet?
I wanted to ask, you know the movie you made last year? was it just for fun or did you do it for a film festival competition?

yesh, I keep thinking I should bring a video camera to folk dance and get somebody to point it at the lovely dancers :)
Our teacher is keen on Israeli dances, so (I'm told) we do about 60% Israeli dances and 40 per everything else :)
so far we've only got the one chickie....
The movie! I need to post on that.....I did it just 'for fun' (note quotes XD ) originally, but wound up entering it in the local film fest (davincifilmest.org ) and it's been chosen to be shown (in March) :) :)

oh congratulations! that's such exciting news, you must be over the moon about it lol...
do you think I could get a copy of the movie? because, you see, I've been thinking about filming something myself and entering it into a film festival and I've been watching and researching for those kind of films on the internet, and well, since you made one, I thought it would be pretty cool to see how you filmed it =)
I think at last I may have time to run off a copy and send it off...I'd love for you to see it :) And by all means go for it, enter stuff in contests, participate any way you can, pretty soon you'll get known and you'll walk in there and they'll have just been talking about you....that is a good feeling :D
